Wind Energy, Don't Let It Pass Unused

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Assalammualaikum wbt.

Wind power is the use of air flow through wind turbines to mechanically power generators for electric power. Wind power is an alternative to burn fossil fuels. It is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, produces no water and uses little land. The net effects on the environment are far less problematic than those of non-renewable power sources. Wind turbine don’t produce atmospheric emissions that increase health problems, create acid rain or release greenhouse gases.

ADVANTAGES OF WIND POWER

Wind Energy is A Clean Fuel Source:
Wind energy doesn’t pollute the air like other power sources do. Wind energy is both renewable and sustainable. The wind will never run out, unlike other fossil fuels such as oil, coal and gas.

Reduce Fossil Fuel Consumption:
Generating electricity from the wind energy reduces the need to burn fossil fuel alternatives. This can help to conserve dwindling supplies of the Earth’s natural resources and allowing them to last longer to support our future generations.

There’s No Water Needed While Using Wind Power:
Water is used for cooling when producing nuclear or coal. Water is becoming a scarce resource all over the country. Wind power uses zero water in its energy generation.

Wind Power is Inexhaustible:
Wind is actually a form of solar energy. Winds are caused by the heating of the atmosphere by the sun, the rotation of the Earth and the Earth’s surface irregularities. For as long as the sun shines and the wind blows, the energy produced can be harnessed to send power across the globe.

Environment Friendly Energy Sources:

After the manufacture and installations of wind turbines, there will be no pollution generated. Wind turbines produce no greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane) which are known to contribute towards global warming.

DISADVANTAGES OF WIND POWER

Wind Energy is Not A Constant Energy Source:
Wind energy has a similar drawback to solar energy in that it is not a constant energy source. The wind energy is sustainable and will never run out but the wind isn’t always blowing. This can cause serious problems for wind turbines developers.

Installation is Way Too Expensive:

Although the costs are reducing over time, the installation of wind turbine is considered expensive. It’s much harder to install wind turbine.

Noise Pollution:

A single wind turbine can be heard from hundred meters away. Multiple wind turbines create much greater audible effects. It has ruined the lives of some homeowner because sometimes wind turbines get built too close to where they live.
HOW DOES WIND ENERGY WORK:
Image result for wind turbine work
  1. Wind turns the turbine blades
  2. Spinning the shaft
  3. Generating electricity
  4. An inverter converts electricity from direct circuit (DC) to alternating circuit (AC)
  5. Electricity is connected directly to the main power,  a battery bank or the electricity grid
 It's a wind-wind solution
